2008 - 2019

Jalan Shelly, Queens Avenue

Yes Travel & Events Consultants Sdn Bhd, now known as Yes Travel & Holidays, was incorporated on 7 November 2008 by our Promoter, substantial shareholder and Managing Director, Angela Mak. We commenced our business in the provision of event planning and management solutions for corporate events and worked remotely briefly while setting up our office at a rented shop lot at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

As we saw the growing demand for customised incentive travel solutions amongst our customers, our Group obtained our travel agency licence from MOTAC through Yes Travel & Holidays and began offering incentive travel solutions to domestic destinations before expanding to overseas destinations.

To support our growth, we initiated operational streamlining initiatives to standardise operational processes, transferred knowledge within our team, and developed policies and procedures in preparation for our ISO 9001:2015 certification application. As our business expanded, we relocated to a 3-storey shop office in Sungai Besi, which remains our Headquarters to-date.

2020 - 2023

Trilium Lake Field, Sg Besi

Following the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, our Group shifted our services online to provide virtual event solutions to navigate through the challenging environment within the MICE industry as well as to mitigate the impact to our business operations arising from the implementation of international lockdowns and interstate travel restrictions.

As our business continued to scale, we further expanded the office space at our Headquarters in Sungai Besi by acquiring another 3-storey shop office to support increased operational requirements.

2024

Trilium Lake Field, Sg Besi

Following our continuous efforts in improving and standardising our operational processes, our Group successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification for provision of planning, organising and coordination of travel services for corporate clients.

We were appointed as the event partner for the 2025 Happy Chinese New Year event by the official organiser, Mango Media Sdn Bhd. Our Group also received the Best MICE Planner Award 2024 awarded by Korea Tourism Organization (“KTO”) in recognition of our contribution to the Korean tourism industry.

2025

Redefining Travel

We subscribed for equity stake of 60.00% in YSH on 25 June 2025 with the intention to venture into the MM2H market and acquired an additional 30.00% equity stake in YSH on 2 July 2025. YSH holds the inbound tour operating business for MM2H License issued by MOTAC to conduct inbound tourism for the MM2H program, an initiative implemented by the Government to attract foreign investment, stimulate tourism as well as drive economic growth of the country by encouraging long-term residency for foreigners who meet certain criteria.

Key

Senior Management

Angela Mak

Managing Director
Angela Mak is our Promoter, major shareholder and Managing Director. She is responsible for formulating the strategic direction of our Group as well as overseeing our Group’s overall business growth.

She began her career in the tours and travel industry in 2006 and was involved in sales and marketing activities, customer enquiries, travel bookings and related arrangements, and client account management. She founded YTH in October 2008 to undertake business in the tours, travel and event organising and was appointed as Director, a position she holds to-date.

Allan Too

Executive Director

Too Wai Loon is our Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing our Group’s sales, marketing and revenue-related strategies, as well as supporting business development and growth initiatives of our Group.

He commenced his career in the tours and travel industry in 2005 and was involved in handling enquiries and securing bookings, leading and coordinating tour operations, managing promotional and sales strategies, and overseeing fairs and exhibitions. He joined YTH as a General Manager in May 2014 and has since held various senior management roles.

Renee Lim

Chief Operating Officer

Lim Yan Yi is responsible for overseeing our Group’s day-to-day operations, as well as supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and growth across departments.

She was involved in developing and implementing execution plans and standard operating procedures, coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing project delivery timelines, and supporting marketing and operational initiatives.

Chong Yee Fon

Chief Financial Officer

Chong Yee Fon is responsible for overseeing our Group’s financial strategy, planning, and business growth initiatives to drive our Group’s future development

He was principally involved in managing audit engagements and management consulting engagements across various industries and companies prior to joining YTH.

Wong Chan Yuen

Independent Non-Executive Chairperson

Wong Chan Yuen is our Independent Non-Executive Chairman and was appointed to our Board on 23 January 2026.

He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with extensive experience in civil litigation, corporate and commercial matters, conveyancing, and corporate advisory. He is currently a Partner of CY Wong Ng & Partners, where his areas of practice encompass conveyancing, corporate advisory, and the preparation and structuring of commercial matters.

Lee Chin Hui

Independent Non-Executive Director
Lee Chin Hui is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to our Board on 23 January 2026.

She has experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, investor relations, institutional equities sales and equity research, and was involved in initial public offerings, underwriting exercises, mergers and acquisitions, share placements and fundraising initiatives. She currently serves as the Director of Equitee Advisory Sdn Bhd and is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Kee Ming Group Berhad.

Ng Siew Hui

Independent Non-Executive Director
Ng Siew Hui is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to our Board on 23 January 2026.

She has experience in audit, tax, regulatory compliance, corporate finance advisory and restructuring engagements, and was involved in business valuations, fairness opinion and pre-initial public offering advisory across diverse sectors. She is presently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Eduspec Holdings Berhad.

Tan Pei Shiun

Independent Non-Executive Director
Tan Pei Shiun is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to our Board on 23 January 2026.

She has experience in financial reporting, business development, investment and transaction support, strategic partnerships, capital raising, and strategic business growth initiatives across multiple sectors. She is currently a Business Development Director at Newlife Capital Sdn Bhd and presently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hextar Technologies Solutions Berhad.
